They werenโt being defensive. But for them, change sounded like yet another thing to add to a long list of things they already felt pressured to do: eat well, walk 10,000 steps, meditate daily, sleep more, fix their mindsetโฆ

Thatโs a common misunderstanding. Human Design is not a program. Itโs not a method you have to stick to, or a routine you need to layer onto your life In fact, it’s the opposite.
ย It doesnโt ask you to change who you are.
It helps you stop doing whatโs not you.
It doesnโt give you more to do โ it shows you what you can let go of.
Most of us have spent our lives doing things in ways that donโt really suit us โ often without realising it. Human Design helps you see the ways youโve been conditioned to operate, and gives you a way to come back to how you are designed to function.
Itโs not about doing more.
Itโs a shift from doingโฆ to being.

If that feels like a relief, itโs because it is.
