What if I Don't Want to Change

They werenโ€™t being defensive. But for them, change sounded like yet another thing to add to a long list of things they already felt pressured to do: eat well, walk 10,000 steps, meditate daily, sleep more, fix their mindsetโ€ฆ

Thatโ€™s a common misunderstanding. Human Design is not a program. Itโ€™s not a method you have to stick to, or a routine you need to layer onto your life In fact, it’s the opposite.

ย It doesnโ€™t ask you to change who you are.
It helps you stop doing whatโ€™s not you.
It doesnโ€™t give you more to do โ€” it shows you what you can let go of.
 Most of us have spent our lives doing things in ways that donโ€™t really suit us โ€” often without realising it. Human Design helps you see the ways youโ€™ve been conditioned to operate, and gives you a way to come back to how you are designed to function.
 
Itโ€™s not about doing more. โœจItโ€™s a shift from doingโ€ฆ to being.
If that feels like a relief, itโ€™s because it is.
